COVID-19

Rogue Valley Urology is open for both in person visits as well as we are offering telehealth visits.  Contact the office to schedule your appointment in person or via telehealth.  To continue caring for our patients, our office is taking precautionary measures to keep everyone safe during this uncertain time.

What to Expect

Everyone five (5) years of age and older is required to wear a mask, face covering or face shield for the entirety of the visit.  There are no exemptions but individuals can request an accommodation to enable full and equal access to services.  Children between two (2) and five (5) years of age are strongly encouraged to wear a mask, face covering or face shield.  To request an accommodation, you can contact Rogue Valley Urology at the Medford office 541-774-5808 or the Bend office at 541-508-7973.

As of April 3, 2023 the state of Oregon will lift the mask requirements in health care.  Rogue Valley Urology will no longer require masks for patients or staff effective April 3, 2023.  Everyone in Oregon should feel welcome to continue wearing a high-quality mask based on their personal choice and need, even if it’s not required in a health care setting.

Please do not come to the office if you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or recently traveled out of the area.  Please call our office and we’ll be happy to re-schedule you.
