Rogue Valley Urology is open for both in person visits as well as we are offering telehealth visits. Contact the office to schedule your appointment in person or via telehealth. To continue caring for our patients, our office is taking precautionary measures to keep everyone safe during this uncertain time.
What to Expect
Everyone five (5) years of age and older is required to wear a mask, face covering or face shield for the entirety of the visit. There are no exemptions but individuals can request an accommodation to enable full and equal access to services. Children between two (2) and five (5) years of age are strongly encouraged to wear a mask, face covering or face shield. To request an accommodation, you can contact Rogue Valley Urology at 541-774-5808.
We are limiting the number of people who come to the office as well as limiting those in the reception area. We ask that you come to your appointment alone unless assistance is needed for mobility reasons or cognitive reasons. You are welcome to call family members or those involved in your healthcare during the appointment so that they may participate in your appointment over the phone. Upon entering the Providence Medford Medical Center you will be greeted by staff to conduct a COVID-19 symptom screening as well as have your temperature taken. They will ensure you have the proper face covering to enter the building and if not, they will provide one for you. You can then proceed to our office and check-in at the front desk.
Please do not come to the office if you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or recently traveled out of the area. Please call our office and we’ll be happy to re-schedule you.
